Hand Water Washing Capping 5 Gallon Filling Machine
1. Suitable for the filling of 3-5 gallons of pure water, mineral water and pure water, the output is 60 bottles per hour to 1500 bottles per hour.
2. Linear cylinder-pushed filling style, supper high precision, ( when the capacity up to 800BPH, adopt the rotary filling system ).
3. PLC programmable system control, integrated management, high automation program, automatic cylinder-pushed capper system.
4. The machine is an integrated machine for flushing, filling and capping. It adopts cylinder pressure capping, the valve has CAP backflow function, and the lid is designed for one hour output and the display of flushing pressure.
5. Food Class 304 or 316L stainless steel contact parts, food class stainless steel washing pumps and filling pumps.
